We want you to love your Kinwolfe clothing. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your Kinwolfe purchase, we've made it easy for you to return items purchased and shipped within the US.
We accept returns on all items (except Final Sale - see below) purchased on our website within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. After you receive your shipment and try on the items, we recommend you simply pop any items you are not satisfied with back into the original shipping box. Returns are free if you use the pre-printed return label included in your original shipment. If you return your items within 15 days of receipt, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the returned product.
Any returns received beyond 15 days of your original receipt will be issued a store credit for the purchase price. We appreciate your support of this small, mom-owned company and thank you in advance for understanding.
Please note on FINAL SALE items: All items marked FINAL SALE are non-refundable. Any Final Sale item that is returned will be issued a store credit of equal value.

- All returned items must be sent back unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. If an item is sent back worn, washed or otherwise damaged, we reserve the right not to refund the return.
- We will process your refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item. We will notify you by email when the refund is processed.

US Orders Shipped and Returned via UPS
- We offer complimentary returns via UPS on all orders shipped within the US. Included in all shipments is a pre-paid UPS Return Label.
- Please send the return item in its original packaging, including a copy of the order invoice. Seal the box and use the pre-paid UPS Return Label provided in your original shipment.
- We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
US Returns Sent Without Using a UPS Return Label
Due to our limited stock quantities, we regret that we are unable to exchange items. If you wish to exchange an item, please simply return the unwanted item per the instructions above, then place an order via our website for the item you do want. We are unable to guarantee the specific style or size you want will be available.
Altering, Canceling or Refusing Orders
We are not able to alter, cancel or make sale price adjustments on orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee equivalent to any return shipping fees accrued en route back to our warehouse; these fees will be deducted from your original purchase price.
